Great news: I finally managed to get our Branch website set up with 1&1 hosting. Our permanent address is: http://www.ataxia-east-scotland.org.uk
We have our Branch meeting this afternoon, Saturday 3 September. We are lucky to have a speaker from Edinburgh City Council: Jack Blaik, to talk about Direct Payments for people with disabilities.
Other events planned are a BBQ on Saturday 24 September at Almondell Country Park and a boat trip to the Falkirk Wheel on Sunday 2 October. Join us!
Dates have not been fixed for the November 2005 and January 2006 branch meetings, but I will post them here as soon as they are available.
